I spend time with the business discussing goals and setting expectations. Together, we analyze and break goals into meaningful artifacts that will measure the success of the of the project and develop an attainable path to those goals.
Define
I collaborate with the business to define the problem, collect information and research, and brainstorm ideas.
Design
I visualize the interaction and pull together what I’ve learned to generate concepts. This leads to initial mockups and prototypes.
Deliver
I present the initial concepts and prototypes to others and solicit feedback. This might include usability testing and A/B testing. Taking that feedback, I can then refine my solution for delivery.
